This agreement incorporates the terms and conditions for MakeMyDocuments and to provide services to the person intending to get assistance or inquiring for any services of MakeMyDocuments by using MakeMyDocuments.com website or using any other customer interface channels of MakeMyDocuments which includes its sales persons, offices, call centers, advertisements, information campaigns etc.
The Users availing services from MakeMyDocuments shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services by MakeMyDocuments for all purposes.
We are not passport/pan card sellers, we are not collecting any of client's original documents.
We are frequently updating ourselves regarding passport and visa as we are travel agents, henceforth here you will get exact assistance regarding passport and visa and pan card.We take liability only for emails and phone calls from the above Mail-id and phone Numbers.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized mail usage and phone calls.
The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.
n case, there is a short charging by MakeMyDocuments for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to charge/claim, Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer.
In the rare possibilities of not getting a proper service by any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same.There will be no refund option when customer wish to cancel the service in the last stage of process.
The amount of booking/consulting charge is not refundable
Once the payment has been done and all the documents are verified, the customer can postpone the service up to 3 months without any penalty fee.
If a customer takes the help of any third party, MakeMyDocuments will not process the application further
MakeMyDocuments is not responsible for the crowd/dealy in goverment office
Being an online platform, MakeMyDocuments does not accompany any customer at the goverement office physically
Once the ready documents courier is dispatched, it is completely under the authority of the third party and MakeMyDocuments has no control over its arrival period.
